Curiously, the little bit of snow we got yesterday all stuck to the trees and powerlines, which means what is outside right now reflects the stereotypical image of a "winter wonderland." I wish I had had my camera with me on the way to work this morning because the tree-lined roads actually presented some pretty nice views. It sounds like I'm going soft.

The brokerage approved my API application which means it's now time to play around with it and see just how fast I can ruin myself. This is a grand experiment.

Speaking of grand, I am pretty much at the three-quarters mark in Demon's Souls. Considering how many hours I have racked up in the game, and how I have yet to get bored or frustrated with it, this is easily among the best games I've played. The only issue I have with it is occasional multiplayer instability, and it's bit disappointing that the developer seems less than eager to address that, but the problem usually fixes itself so I will not hold that against the game.
